I've been playing on ninescasino for a couple of weeks now and I've hit a pretty good streak, so I'm ready to cash out. However, I'm a little worried about the withdrawal process. My last attempt seemed to get stuck in 'pending' status for over 48 hours, which is unusual. Has anyone else experienced delays with the payout system? I'm using a standard e-wallet method, and I'm trying to figure out if there's a known issue with their payment processing or if I need to submit additional verification documents. Any advice on speeding up the withdrawal would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue last month. It was stuck in pending for days. You might need to contact their support directly and ask for a ticket number.

Don't panic. Sometimes the e-wallet side takes longer than the casino side. I waited almost 72 hours for a payout that was supposed to be instant. Just be patient.

I heard from a friend who played there that they recently changed their payment processor. It seems like they are having some backend issues with withdrawals right now. Maybe wait a few days and try again?

Are you using a linked bank account or a dedicated e-wallet? I found that using a different method completely bypassed the delay I was having. It was a simple fix.

Replying to the user above: I used a bank transfer, and it was smooth. The e-wallet definitely seems to be the problem area right now. Stick to direct bank transfers if you can.

My experience was totally different. Mine was processed within 4 hours. Maybe the delay is specific to your account or the e-wallet you are using. Have you checked your account history for any warnings?

Seriously, check your email spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation or the required document link gets filtered out. It's a simple thing, but it caused me a massive delay.

I think you should try submitting the documents again, even if you think you already did. Sometimes the system requires a re-submission to clear the pending status. It's annoying but effective.

To the user who mentioned bank transfers: Yes, that worked for me too. I think the e-wallet integration is definitely struggling right now. I'm sticking to bank transfers for my next withdrawal.

I'm going to wait 48 hours from now and then try again. If it's a system-wide issue, hopefully, they fix it soon. Fingers crossed for everyone!
