I spent the entire weekend at M Resort Casino and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, the experience was great, but I noticed some changes to the main gaming floor layout compared to last year. The new configuration seems to make the high-limit tables feel a bit more isolated, which was unexpected. While the staff were friendly and attentive, I think better signage would help guests navigate the different sections more easily. Has anyone else noticed the change in the buffet area too? I'm curious if the resort management is trying to rebrand the whole guest flow.

Totally agree about the signage. It was confusing trying to find the specific slot machines we wanted.

The buffet changes are noticeable. It feels less spacious than it used to be, and the flow is definitely different. Did you notice the new seating arrangements?

I thought the new layout was actually quite good. It felt more modern and less overwhelming than the old setup. Maybe the high-limit area just needed some breathing room.

Yep, the high-limit area definitely feels segmented now. It was always a big, open space, and now it feels like a little pocket.

Is anyone else noticing that the main walkways are narrower? It makes getting around with luggage a bit of a struggle. Management needs to address that.

I found the new layout fine. It was efficient for getting to the main action. The staff were helpful enough, though I agree signage could use work.

Seriously, the signage is terrible. We walked past three different sections just because we couldn't tell where the card reading lounge was located. It was frustrating.

Reply to User_XYZ: I think the isolation of the high-limit tables is intentional. They probably want to create a more exclusive, contained atmosphere for those players, making it feel more 'VIP' and less like part of the general chaos.

The buffet is fine, I guess. But I miss the old dessert station. It had so many unique items that were hard to find now.

I spent all night playing poker near the corner, and the new layout made it feel like I was in a completely different room. It really disrupted the vibe. They should rethink the zoning.

I think they are trying to optimize traffic flow, which is a common casino strategy. It's about maximizing the number of people passing through certain high-revenue areas. It's less about rebranding and more about efficiency.

Reply to User_XYZ: I disagree. It feels like they are actively trying to separate the high rollers from the general population, which is a bad move for overall ambiance. It just feels disjointed.

Short answer: Yes. The whole flow feels disjointed. It's a big change.

The staff were fantastic, I have to give them credit. But honestly, the layout change was jarring. It felt like they tore up the floor and started over without consulting anyone.

Has anyone else noticed the change in the seating near the central fountain? It used to be a great spot to people-watch while having a drink.

It's definitely a rebranding effort. They want to give the casino a 'premium' feel, which unfortunately means sacrificing the comfortable, open feel we used to enjoy. It's a trade-off, I suppose.

I found the new directory board helpful, actually. It was much clearer than the old signs. Maybe the issue isn't the signage, but the sheer amount of new stuff they added.

Reply to User_XYZ: You might be right about the exclusivity, but it also made the high-limit tables feel more secure and less exposed. It's a minor complaint for a major improvement in privacy.

Overall, a mixed bag. The gaming experience is solid, but the navigation is a headache. Better maps are needed immediately.

I'm going back next month. I hope they listen to feedback regarding better signage and maybe open up the high-limit area a bit.
