Totally agree with this user. The automated emails are useless. Are you sure the hold isn't related to the bonus terms? Some bonuses require a minimum number of days of play before withdrawal is even permitted, even if the funds are visible in your balance. Review the T&Cs again, specifically the withdrawal section.

Yeah, I think the hold is related to the bonus terms. I read the fine print and it said a 7-day cooling off period after the bonus was claimed. I waited and then it cleared up. Check that again!
