I've been using the bigwin app for a couple of months now and generally it's been fine, but I hit a wall trying to withdraw last night. The withdrawal request was marked as 'pending' for over 48 hours, and customer support just gave me a generic automated response. I tried contacting them through the in-app chat again, but nothing changed. Has anyone successfully withdrawn a large amount recently? I'm worried if the payment system is having technical difficulties or if there's a new verification requirement I'm missing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue last week. It was stuck in pending for 72 hours. They finally processed it after I messaged them on Twitter, not the in-app chat.

Just try contacting support via email instead of the in-app chat. Sometimes the automated system fails, and a direct email gets routed to a human agent who can actually help.

It's probably a temporary system glitch. Wait another 24 hours before panicking. I withdrew a large amount last month, and it took exactly 48 hours to hit my bank account.

Seriously, check your linked bank account details. Even a single wrong digit can cause the withdrawal to stall indefinitely. It's the most common mistake.

I think they are implementing new KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. I got an email asking for a utility bill and a photo ID, which was totally unexpected. Be prepared for extra verification.

I agree with the email suggestion. The in-app chat is useless. Use their official website contact form instead.

Mine was rejected because I used a withdrawal method that was newly added. They prefer you use the methods you've used successfully before. It's a weird policy, but it seems true.

Are you sure you followed all the steps? Sometimes you have to manually click 'confirm' on the final screen, even if it seems redundant. It's frustrating but it works.

I think the problem is that the app itself is outdated. Try clearing your cache and reinstalling the bigwin app completely. Sometimes a simple tech fix resolves the backend issue.

It's been rough. I waited five days and only got half the money. They claimed it was a 'processing delay' but it felt more like a stonewall tactic.

Reply to the user who mentioned Twitter. Did you get a ticket number? If you have a reference number, you have much more leverage when following up with support.

Just use a different withdrawal method. If your bank transfer is stuck, try PayPal or whatever alternative they offer. Sometimes the bottleneck is specific to the payment rail.

Don't worry too much. These platforms often throttle withdrawals when they detect high volume, especially right after a big payout. It's usually a temporary hold, not a permanent issue.

I waited 50 hours and it cleared. The key is patience. Don't spam support. Just wait for the automated system to cycle through its checks. Good luck!
