Has anyone else had issues with withdrawal limits at MegaPlay Casino?

I've been trying to pull out my winnings from MegaPlay for the last two weeks, and the process is incredibly frustrating. Every time I think I'm close to getting the full amount, they hit me with some new 'verification' requirement or a sudden change in the withdrawal limit. It feels like they intentionally make it difficult to get money out once you've actually won. Has anyone here managed to get a large sum withdrawn without having to jump through a dozen hoops? I'm starting to think this whole thing is more of a money trap than a real gaming site.

Seriously. I had to submit my passport and utility bills just to withdraw $50. It's ridiculous.

It's probably just standard KYC (Know Your Customer) protocol, although I agree it feels overly aggressive. Keep records of every email they send you.

Don't give up. Try contacting them via live chat first, not just email. Sometimes a human agent can bypass the automated limits.

I think you might be right. It feels like they make it impossible. I got stuck for weeks trying to withdraw a small amount, and eventually, I just gave up and moved my funds elsewhere.

Is_reply: true. @OriginalPoster I had the exact same issue. They keep raising the daily limit and then suddenly changing the required documentation. I spent hours on hold only to be told I needed a notarized bank statement. It's a nightmare.

Just use a different site. Seriously. Too much hassle for the risk.

I recommend checking Reddit for MegaPlay specific threads. Sometimes users find loopholes or better contact methods that aren't publicly advertised.

It's a known pattern in the industry. The more you win, the more hoops they make you jump through. It's designed to discourage large withdrawals.

Is_reply: true. @OriginalPoster Have you tried withdrawing a very small amount first, like $10? Sometimes successfully completing a tiny withdrawal resets their internal flags and allows the larger sum to pass through.

They are definitely trying to trap you. I lost a lot of money because I got frustrated and just accepted their terms. Be careful out there.

I agree with the OP. This whole experience has made me extremely skeptical of online casinos in general. It's not worth the headache. Time to stick to physical casinos instead.
