I've been trying to use the Rizk app for my freelance payments for the last two weeks, and I keep running into a snag. Specifically, when I try to link my bank account for withdrawal, it gives me an error message that just says 'Transaction Failed' without any code. I've checked my credentials multiple times and restarted the app, but nothing works. Has anyone managed to get this linked successfully recently? I'm worried if I can't get the payment system working, I won't be able to collect my earnings through the platform. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check if Rizk has a known outage? Sometimes the issue is on their end, not yours.

I had the exact same problem last month. It turned out to be a temporary API glitch. Waiting 24 hours usually fixes it.

My bank might be blocking the transaction because it detects it as an unusual international transfer. Call your bank and ask them to whitelist Rizk.

I think the issue might be related to two-factor authentication on your bank's side. Try logging into your bank's portal first, and then attempt the Rizk link again.
