I'm looking to try out some new online casinos, and I was hoping to use Apple Pay for deposits since it's the easiest method for me. I've tried linking it through a few different sites, but they keep giving me an error message or redirecting me to a card number input instead. Has anyone successfully used Apple Pay to fund their account recently? I'm worried that if I can't use my preferred payment method, I'll have to stick to sites that only accept traditional credit cards. Any advice on workarounds or specific casinos that support this would be hugely appreciated.

It's super hit or miss. I had success with one site, but then it stopped working for another.

I'd recommend sticking to traditional methods for now. Most casinos prefer direct card inputs for security reasons, and Apple Pay often routes through the card's underlying network anyway.

I tried it last month. It worked fine for a small deposit, but when I tried to withdraw, I had to use a bank transfer instead. It was a hassle.

Short answer: Probably not reliably. The payment processors for these sites are often outdated and don't fully integrate with mobile wallet APIs like Apple Pay.

Has anyone checked if the casino accepts deposits via PayPal? That was much smoother for me than trying to force Apple Pay through.

I think the error message you're getting might be related to the casino's specific geo-restrictions or payment gateway limitations, not Apple Pay itself. Try using a VPN just to test if that changes the input requirements.

I had the exact same issue. It kept asking for the full 16 digits, which defeats the purpose of using a quick mobile wallet. I ended up just using Visa directly.

Reply to user 3: @User3 I had success, but only when I used the casino's dedicated mobile app, not the website browser version. The app seems to handle the payment tokenization better.

Seriously, check your bank's side. Sometimes the bank flags the transaction as suspicious because it's an online gambling site, and they block the payment before the casino even sees it.

I found a niche site that explicitly advertised Apple Pay support, and it worked flawlessly. It was a smaller, newer platform, so maybe try searching for 'Apple Pay casino' and looking at the reviews for newer sites.

It's really frustrating. I spent an hour trying different browsers and clearing cache, but nothing worked. I'm going back to my old card.

Reply to user 1: @User1 Be careful about which sites you trust. If a site makes it too easy to deposit, it might be too good to be true. Always check recent forum threads for confirmation.

My experience was mixed. It worked initially, but they kept changing the payment portal, and eventually, I had to switch to a standard debit card linked directly to the account.

I think the core issue is that many online casinos are built on older, robust payment infrastructure that doesn't natively support modern mobile wallet protocols. They are designed for traditional card processing.

Just use a prepaid card. They are designed for online transactions, and they bypass the bank security flags that might be blocking your Apple Pay attempt.

I recommend checking out sites that are licensed in jurisdictions known for modern payment acceptance. Some European casinos seem to integrate better with global payment methods.

Reply to user 6: @User6 I agree about the geo-restrictions. I found that if I used a VPN to appear as if I was accessing the site from a different country, the payment options broadened considerably. Worth a shot.

Honestly, I just use crypto. Bitcoin deposits are instant, reliable, and completely bypass the payment processor headaches associated with credit cards and mobile wallets.

Don't waste too much time on this. If you want guaranteed deposits, stick to PayPal or a major bank-issued debit card that is known for international e-commerce acceptance.

I tried it on a desktop computer using Safari and it worked perfectly. Maybe the error is specific to the mobile browser you are using? Try a different device.
