I've been trying to withdraw funds from Eurobet Casino for the past week, and it feels like the process is unnecessarily complicated. I followed all the steps outlined on their site, but the withdrawal request seems to be stuck in 'pending' status forever. Has anyone else had trouble getting their winnings processed? I'm worried if I need to change my withdrawal method or if there's a specific support ticket I should be referencing. Any advice on how to speed this up would be greatly appreciated.

I had the exact same issue last month. They told me to wait 7-10 business days, but it took me almost three weeks. Just be patient.

Have you checked if your account meets the minimum withdrawal threshold? Sometimes the system just holds it until a certain balance is reached, even if you think you've cleared it.

It's usually an IP address block. Try initiating the withdrawal from a different network or device. That fixed it for me.

You need to contact support directly and ask for a manual review. Don't just wait for the system to process it. Give them a reference number and push them on it.

Short. Try bank transfer.

I found that if you use a different payment method than the one you used to deposit, the withdrawal process is much smoother. It's a weird rule, but it works.

Long post: My experience was terrible. I waited nearly two weeks, and when I finally got a response, they said I needed to provide KYC documents for both myself and the person who made the initial deposit. It's always some extra verification step, and it makes the whole process feel like they are actively trying to prevent you from getting your money. Be prepared to submit IDs, proof of address, and sometimes even proof of initial funding source. It's frustrating, but necessary apparently.

Did you try changing the withdrawal method to crypto? That bypasses most of the traditional banking delays they seem to have.

I agree with the IP address suggestion. I was on my phone and then tried my laptop, and the pending status cleared immediately. It was ridiculous.

reply to the user who suggested crypto: Yes, I did that, but I still hit a snag because of the KYC documents. They demanded a utility bill that was only two months old, which is impossible.

Check your email spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation or rejection notice gets filtered out, making it look like nothing is happening.

Seriously, just write a detailed ticket explaining the timeline. Include screenshots of the 'pending' status and the transaction ID. Don't just ask 'why is it stuck?' Be assertive.

I waited 48 hours after the initial request. Nothing. I then called their live chat support, and they manually triggered a status update. It was a pain, but it worked.

Don't panic. It's probably just a standard processing delay. Give it another 24 hours before escalating it. They are notorious for making things seem worse than they are.

reply to the user who suggested calling support: Calling is good, but make sure you ask to speak to a supervisor or a dedicated payments specialist, not just the general chat agent. They often have more power to override the system.

My advice: Keep a record of every single interaction. Date, time, person's name, and what was promised. If they fail to deliver, you have leverage.

It's always the same story. They make it so complicated that you feel like you're doing something wrong. Just stick to the official support channels and be polite but firm.

Try withdrawing a very small amount first, just to test the waters. If that goes through quickly, then you know the system is fine and the issue is with the larger amount.

I think the issue might be related to the source of the funds. If you won from a bonus or a promotion, sometimes they hold the withdrawal until you prove the source of the initial deposit was legitimate funds, not a bonus.
