I've been playing on Betclic Poker for a few weeks now and generally enjoy the variety of games. However, I ran into a major issue trying to withdraw some winnings yesterday. The withdrawal request was marked as 'pending' for over 48 hours, and customer support has been slow to respond. Has anyone else experienced significant delays with withdrawals on this platform? I'm worried if the payout process is reliable, because I'd prefer to stick with a site that pays out quickly and without hassle. Any advice on who I should contact or what steps I should take would be greatly appreciated.

Dude, I had the exact same problem last month. It took me nearly a week to see the funds.

Are you sure you checked the withdrawal limits? Sometimes they hold funds if you hit a specific threshold.

Don't panic. Just wait another day. They usually process it overnight.

I think you need to contact their payment processing department directly, not just general support. I spent hours on hold and they were useless. I ended up having to use a different site because the payout process was too unreliable for my needs. Seriously, use a competitor until they fix their backend system.

What method did you use? PayPal or bank transfer?

Mine was fine. Just wait 3-5 business days. It's normal.

I agree with the OP. The delays are unacceptable. I had to withdraw through a different platform because I needed the money quickly. It's frustrating when you just want to cash out your winnings.

Check your email spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation or delay notice ends up there.

They are notorious for slow payouts. I wouldn't trust them with a large sum of money. Look elsewhere.

Seriously, try contacting them via Twitter or another social media channel. Sometimes those responses are faster than their internal ticketing system.

Did you verify all your KYC documents? Sometimes incomplete verification stalls the payout.

I had to wait 7 days. It was a nightmare. They kept giving me different excuses.

I think the OP should try escalating the ticket. Ask for a supervisor or a manager's direct contact information. Mentioning that you are considering taking your business elsewhere often speeds things up.

Short answer: Dump the site. Too much hassle.

I've heard they only pay out on specific days of the week, usually Tuesdays and Fridays. It might just be a scheduled delay.

To the OP: I had the same issue. I found that if I submitted a smaller, test withdrawal first, it usually cleared much faster than the large amount I was trying to pull out. It was a workaround, but it worked.

Be patient. Sometimes these systems are just overloaded with requests. Give it another 24 hours before getting too stressed about it.

If the payout process is unreliable, you shouldn't use it for your main gambling funds. Stick to the big names that have proven payout histories. It's worth the extra effort to find a better platform.
