I'm having some trouble reaching Winorama regarding an account issue, and I've searched their website multiple times without success. The 'Contact Us' page seems to only provide a general form, which I worry might be slow. I really need to send an email directly to their support team to resolve this quickly. Has anyone here managed to find a direct email address, or perhaps a phone number, that I could use? Any help finding the right contact information would be greatly appreciated.

I had to use the general form. It took three days for them to reply, so don't expect instant help.

I found an old email address through a forum search. Try sending it to support@winorama-help.com. I think it's still active, but please be aware it might be outdated.

Honestly, I found the phone number listed on their billing page, not the main contact page. It was 1-800-555-WINO. I highly recommend calling during business hours.

I agree that the form is slow. When I needed help, I ended up contacting them via Twitter DM. That was surprisingly fast, and they resolved my account issue within an hour. You might want to try that route first.

Did you check their FAQ section? Sometimes the direct contact info is buried there, and it's much more reliable than searching random old threads.

Reply to the person who mentioned Twitter. It worked for me too, but they asked for a screenshot of my error message, which was annoying. Just be prepared to provide a lot of detail.

Don't bother with the old email address. I tried it last week, and it bounced back saying the mailbox doesn't exist. You need to stick to the official channels.

Has anyone else noticed that their support hours are listed incorrectly on the website? I called them and they told me their support window is 9 am to 5 pm EST, not 8 am to 4 pm as advertised.
