I've been playing at JustSpin Casino for about two months now and have had a pretty good time with the slot selection. However, I just tried to withdraw a decent amount and the process has been really slow. I submitted the request yesterday, and they said it would take 3-5 business days, but it's already been longer than that. Has anyone else dealt with delays here? I'm worried if I need the funds quickly for something else. Any advice on who I should contact or what steps I should take to speed this up?

Tell me about it. My withdrawal was stuck for a week.

I had a similar experience last month. They were supposed to process it in 3 days, but it took 11. You need to contact support via live chat and ask for a ticket number. Sometimes escalating the request helps.

Just wait. It usually clears up.

Has anyone figured out if the delay is due to banking issues or the casino itself? I used a different method (e-wallet) and it was much faster. Maybe try that next time?

Don't panic. Sometimes they just process large batches of withdrawals at certain times. I waited patiently and it came through eventually. Just give them a little more time.

I think you should check your account history to see if they flagged anything. Sometimes delays happen if you've changed your payment details or if there's a security review. It's annoying but usually procedural.

Seriously? It's been 7 days. I'm contacting my bank to see if they can trace the funds on their end. Hopefully, that helps.

Reply to this: Did you use a credit card or a bank transfer?

My money was delayed because I didn't meet the minimum wagering requirement on the bonus funds. Read the terms carefully before you withdraw anything big.

I agree with the person above. Always check the T&Cs. It's the most common reason for unexpected holds.

You might need to open a support ticket through a different channel, maybe Twitter or a dedicated support form, not just the in-game chat. Sometimes those channels get better attention.

I found that if you call their customer service line directly, they can often give you a more accurate timeline than the chat bot can.

Are you sure you submitted all the required KYC documents? Sometimes a missing ID or proof of address can halt the process indefinitely until you provide the correct paperwork.

I had to wait 14 days. It was awful. JustSpin is known for slow payouts. Use caution and withdraw small amounts until you confirm the process is reliable.

Reply to the person who mentioned e-wallets: Yes, I used PayPal and it was fast. Make sure your PayPal account is fully verified too, or it might cause a snag.

It's frustrating, but don't get too stressed. Just give it until the end of the week. They might be running a system update.

I think the delay is normal. They are a large operation and processing thousands of withdrawals takes time. Don't assume the worst.

I'm going to try contacting them via email support instead of the chat. Sometimes email gives a paper trail that is harder for them to ignore.

Just be patient. It's a casino, not a bank. They operate on their own schedule. Hopefully, you get paid soon!
