I've been trying to use the Parimatch app for the last week, but every time I try to log in, it gives me an authentication error. I've cleared my cache and reinstalled the app twice, so I'm not sure if it's a device issue or something else. Has anyone successfully used the app recently? Also, I was hoping to find out if there's a specific step I need to take to link my bank account for withdrawals, as the website instructions were a little confusing. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I had the exact same issue last month. Try logging in via the desktop website first, then clearing your Android app data. Sometimes the API keys get stuck.

It's definitely not a device issue for me. I logged in successfully yesterday morning. Maybe the server is having temporary maintenance? Give it a few hours and try again.

Regarding the bank linking: you usually need to initiate the withdrawal request first. That triggers the system to ask you to link the account if it's not already verified. Check the 'Withdrawal Methods' section on the website, not just the main dashboard.

Short and sweet: Reinstalling isn't enough. Try using a different browser on your phone, like Chrome instead of Safari, just to test the login credentials.

Wait, did you check if Parimatch requires specific VPN settings? Sometimes geo-restrictions cause authentication errors, even if you are physically in the correct area. It's a common trap.

I agree with the bank linking advice. The website instructions are terrible. I found that calling their dedicated support line was the fastest way to get the precise steps for linking my local bank account. They walked me through it step by step.

Has anyone else noticed that the app crashes if you try to log in immediately after making a deposit? It seems to be a known bug with the Android version 13 update.

To reply to the bank linking issue: I used a third-party service to link it, which was complicated. Stick to the official method and contact support directly. Don't risk linking through unofficial channels.

Just use the website. Seriously. The app seems to be having major stability problems right now. The website is much more reliable for both logging in and managing withdrawals.

My experience was completely different. I logged in without any trouble yesterday. Maybe the error is specific to your account or IP address? Try logging in from a different network, like switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data.

The app might need an update that hasn't been pushed out yet. Check the Google Play Store for any pending updates, even if you think you have the latest version. Sometimes the update is listed as 'Update Available' but requires a manual tap.

I think the problem might be related to two-factor authentication (2FA). If you recently changed your password or email, make sure you have completed the full 2FA setup process within the app, otherwise, the login will fail with an authentication error.

I had the same login trouble. I finally fixed it by deleting the app completely from my phone, restarting my Android device, and then redownloading it. It was a simple cache conflict issue. Hope that helps!
