I've been using Cadoola for a few months now and generally love the variety of games they offer. However, I just tried to withdraw a decent amount and the support chat was really slow to respond. They kept asking for verification documents that I feel like I've already provided. Has anyone else experienced delays or confusion when trying to get funds out? I'm worried about the minimum withdrawal time frame they advertise versus what I'm actually experiencing right now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar issue last month. They initially said 24 hours, but it took nearly 72 hours for the funds to hit my account. The support team was unhelpful, just sending boilerplate messages about 'standard processing times.' It's really frustrating when you just want your money.

Just wait. It usually clears up.

Has anyone found a way around the excessive verification? I feel like they just want to keep the money locked up. I provided my passport and bank statements twice now, and nothing changes. It's a huge red flag for me.

Reply to the user above: I think the verification process is just designed to frustrate you into giving up. It's a common tactic in these types of platforms.

I recommend checking the official terms and conditions again. Sometimes the delays are due to banking regulations, not the site itself. I waited a full week and it finally cleared, but only after I contacted my bank directly.

Short answer: Be careful. Withdrawals are always the weak point for these sites.

To the original poster: Have you tried contacting them through a different channel? Sometimes the in-chat support is automated and useless. Trying a formal email complaint might get a different response.

It's totally normal. Don't worry about it.

I agree with the OP. The discrepancy between advertised withdrawal times and reality is massive. I waited 4 days for a small amount, and the support staff just kept saying 'everything is within normal parameters.' It's just poor customer service.

Did you check if your withdrawal method has any specific processing time? Sometimes it's the bank, not the casino.

Reply to the user who said 'Just wait': No, I waited 5 days and got nothing. It's not about patience, it's about policy. They are deliberately slow.

I'm going to take my funds to a competitor. The hassle isn't worth the potential payout if they can hold it indefinitely.

I found that if you withdraw smaller amounts, the process is much faster. Trying to pull out a large sum seems to trigger maximum scrutiny and delays. It's a pattern.

They are definitely asking for too much. It feels like a money trap. I'm seriously considering reporting them to consumer protection.

I waited 3 days. It was stressful. Just keep records of every interaction you have with support. It helps if you need to escalate the complaint later.
