I've been trying to place a few accumulator bets through the mobile site over the last week, and it's been incredibly frustrating. The layout seems clunky on my Android phone, and I keep getting kicked out of the betting slip when I try to finalize a selection. I remember the app working smoothly a couple of months ago, but now it feels really slow and buggy. Has anyone else noticed this performance drop, or maybe found a workaround? I'd really appreciate some tips on how to get it running reliably again.

Me too. It's been terrible since the last update. I had to switch back to the desktop site for now.

I'm on iOS and I'm having similar issues. The betting slip crashes every time I try to add a third selection. I've cleared the cache and reinstalled it twice, no luck.

Try using the browser version instead of the app. Sometimes the dedicated mobile website is more stable than the native app build.

Has anyone checked if this is a known server-side issue? It feels like they overloaded the system or something.

Seriously frustrating. It was fine last month. Maybe they changed something with the API integration for accumulators? I'm stuck trying to place a multi-bet.

Re: I'm on iOS and I'm having similar issues. Maybe try logging out completely and then logging back in on a different network (like switching from Wi-Fi to cellular data). Sometimes the session data gets corrupted.

Just use the physical William Hill store app if you can. It seems to be running on a different backend and is much smoother for placing simple bets.

I think it's just my phone. I'm using an older Android model, and maybe the app is too demanding for the current OS version. I'm going to try optimizing my phone's background processes.

Hey, I found a workaround. If you select all your bets first, then go to the 'Review' screen, and *then* try to finalize the slip, it seems to hold the selections better. It's a clunky process, but it works for me.

Why do you think so? I have a different experience. Mine works perfectly fine, maybe the problem is specific to the league or sport you are betting on?

I'm getting the same kick-out issue. I'm using the latest version of Android 13. Has anyone tried uninstalling the Google Play services related to the app? That fixed it for me last time.

The desktop site is definitely better. The mobile app feels like an afterthought that nobody bothered to properly test on modern devices.

I agree with the 'Review' screen tip. It saved my accumulator yesterday when the app was glitching out on me. Thanks for posting that!

Is it possible they are rolling out a major update soon? Sometimes these bugs are just temporary glitches before a patch drops.

It's definitely performance related. It's not just the layout, it's the speed. It takes forever to load the odds for even basic matches. Very disappointing experience overall.

I'm going to try using my laptop browser instead. I really appreciate the tips, everyone. Hopefully, a fix is coming soon.
