I'm trying to register for the new service through the official Chumba website, but I keep running into an error message about invalid credentials, even when I'm sure I'm using the correct details. I checked the FAQ section, but it didn't help with this specific login issue. Has anyone successfully used the site recently? I'm worried if there's a temporary server problem or if I've missed a required step. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

It's possible the error isn't about credentials at all. Have you checked if you are using the correct domain name? Sometimes people accidentally use a mirror site or an outdated URL. Also, if you are using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily, as the IP might be flagged as suspicious by their security system. Furthermore, if you are registering, ensure you have filled out every single required field, even if they don't seem mandatory. Finally, try logging in using a different browser entirely, like switching from Chrome to Firefox, just to rule out a browser-specific bug.

I suspect it's a temporary server overload. They probably get huge traffic spikes right before a new service launch like this. Maybe they need to temporarily limit registrations until the infrastructure catches up. I saw a similar complaint on a different platform last month, and it resolved itself overnight. Keep trying at different times of the day.

If basic troubleshooting fails, you must contact their official customer support line or email. Do not rely on forum advice alone. When you contact them, provide screenshots of the error message, the browser you are using, and the exact time you attempted the login. This level of detail helps them diagnose if it's a system bug or an account lock. Also, double-check if your account was automatically flagged for suspicious activity due to multiple failed attempts.
