I've been playing Lucky Manor 777 for a couple of weeks now and I'm really enjoying the interface, but I keep running into an issue with the bonus credits. It seems like when I use the free spin bonus, the credit balance doesn't always update correctly, and sometimes I feel like I'm losing track of what's actually available. Has anyone figured out if there's a specific section of the site I need to check, or if this is a known glitch? I don't want to waste any potential winnings because of a technical oversight. Any advice on managing the credit balance would be greatly appreciated!

Check the 'Bonus Credits' tab specifically. Sometimes the main balance display lags behind the actual available bonus amount. It's usually a separate counter.

I had the exact same issue last month. I think it's less of a glitch and more of a user interface design flaw. The credits are allocated across different sections (free spins, daily bonuses, etc.), and the site doesn't consolidate them clearly. You have to manually track them in a spreadsheet or something similar. It's frustrating, but it seems to be the current system.

Just clear your browser cache. That fixed it for me.

Has anyone found a dedicated FAQ or support chat for this? I'd rather not rely on guesswork. I'm worried about losing potential winnings because of a technical oversight.

Replying to the previous post: I tried clearing my cache, but the problem persists. It makes me think the issue might be on the server side, not my end. Maybe contacting customer support directly is the only way to get a definitive answer.

Seriously, it's so confusing. I almost lost a big win because I thought the credit counter was wrong. They need to update the UI.

I found that if you navigate away from the game and then come back, the balance updates correctly. It's a strange workaround, but it seems to force the system to refresh the data. Give it a shot!

Are you sure it's a glitch? Sometimes the bonus credits are tied to specific wagering requirements that aren't immediately visible. You might be using credits that are still 'pending' or restricted, making the balance look lower than it actually is.

I think it's just user error. You have to read the fine print on each bonus. Don't assume all credits are 1:1 cash value.

To add to what the user said about wagering requirements: Always check the terms and conditions linked to the specific bonus you are using. If you use a free spin, it might only count toward a specific jackpot, not your general balance. Be careful!

The support team was helpful when I asked them. They confirmed that the system sometimes aggregates bonuses slowly. They advised me to wait about 15 minutes after claiming a large bonus before relying on the displayed balance.

I'd recommend taking screenshots of your balance after each session. It helps you keep a personal log and provides evidence if you ever need to dispute a credit deduction with support. It's tedious, but worth the peace of mind.
