I'm planning a big trip to Southeast Asia and I've been looking at several booking sites, including vip365 travel. I've heard mixed reviews, and I'm not sure if they offer the best deals or the most reliable service for international legs. Specifically, I'm worried about the visa assistance process and if their flight change policies are clear. Has anyone here booked through them recently? I'd really appreciate any feedback on their customer service or if they beat out competitors like Expedia or Skyscanner. Thanks in advance!

I used them last year for Thailand. Customer service was okay, but I found better deals using direct airline websites. Be careful.

I'd recommend checking out their visa assistance section first. It was super helpful for my Vietnam trip. Their policy details were clearer than I expected, and the agents were very knowledgeable about regional requirements. It saved me a lot of headache right before departure. Overall, a solid experience, though I still checked a few other sites for comparison.

Short answer: Avoid them. Too expensive.

Are you worried about the visa process specifically? I had a different experience with them for Laos. They handled the paperwork quickly, but I think you need to double-check the validity dates of your passport with them, just to be safe.

Honestly, I found the flight change policies very restrictive. They made it seem easy, but when I needed to adjust my dates, the fees were astronomical. I ended up calling my airline directly, which was much smoother and cheaper. Stick to the major OTAs or the airlines themselves.

Hey, @TravelGuru22, I totally agree about the fees. I had a similar issue changing a connecting flight. They try to profit from every little adjustment. Just book refundable tickets directly if you think your plans might change.

I just used them for a round trip to Singapore and Malaysia. The pricing was competitive, and the booking process was straightforward. I didn't have any major issues with the international legs or the customer service when I had a query about baggage allowance. Good enough for me.

Has anyone compared their prices to Skyscanner recently? I'm seeing huge discrepancies and I'm skeptical.

I think you need to be very selective about what you trust. Their deals are often for connecting flights, which adds risk. For a seamless international experience, sometimes paying a little more for a reputable direct booking is worth the peace of mind.

I used them for my trip to Indonesia. The visa assistance was seamless, and I got all the necessary documents well ahead of time. I recommend them specifically for the visa part, but check flight prices elsewhere.

Totally agree with the previous post. I found the customer service to be slow to respond, especially when I needed urgent help with a flight delay. It was frustrating waiting hours for an email reply. Plan for delays.

I'd say they are okay, but not amazing. They are fine if you are pressed for time and need a quick booking. If you have time to research, comparing three or four sources is always best practice.

My biggest concern was the baggage rules for connecting flights. They were vague on the website, and I had to call them multiple times to clarify. Make sure you get all the details in writing before you commit to the booking.

For SE Asia, I found that the best deals were actually combining flights through a single major carrier, not relying on a third-party aggregator. It simplified the journey and the customer support was centralized. Good luck with your trip!
