I've been trying to withdraw funds from Superbet for the last three days, and the support chat keeps giving me generic responses. It seems like there might be some new verification requirements or a change in the withdrawal process that I am missing. I followed all the steps outlined in the FAQ, but the transfer still hasn't been processed. Has anyone recently used the platform and could confirm if the withdrawal limits or KYC requirements have been updated? Any advice on who I should escalate this to would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue last month. They really tightened up their KYC process. You might need a bank statement showing recent activity.

Don't panic. I finally got mine processed after I used a different method to submit my ID. Instead of the chat, I emailed the dedicated compliance address they listed on the footer.

Short and sweet: Check your email spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation link is buried there.

Seriously, I spent hours on the chat bot and it was useless. I ended up calling their international support line, and that actually got me to a human who knew the current withdrawal limits. It was frustrating, but effective.

Did anyone confirm if the minimum withdrawal amount increased? I was expecting it to be 50, but the system keeps rejecting my request because it says 100 is the minimum.

Replying to the user who mentioned the compliance email: Yes, that worked for me! I think they are intentionally making it hard to get through the general support channels. Keep emailing them, and be persistent.

I think the problem might be with the payment method itself. Are you trying to withdraw to a card linked to a different name than the one used for registration? That's a common trap.

I had to wait 7 business days. They told me it was 'standard processing time' but I suspect it's just a way to discourage people from asking follow-up questions. Just be patient and provide every single document they ask for, even if it seems redundant.

Wait, are you getting specific error codes? Sometimes the code itself tells you exactly which document is missing or which policy you violated. Don't just rely on the generic 'pending' message.

Is_reply: true. @UserXYZ, I agree with the bank statement idea. I also found that using a different, non-primary email address for the withdrawal request sometimes bypasses the initial automated checks. It's weird, but it worked.

I just used a VPN and cleared my browser cache and tried again. Sometimes these platforms flag IP addresses, and a simple technical reset can solve the problem.

Has anyone figured out if the regional regulations changed? My friend who plays from Canada had a completely different set of requirements than me playing from the US. It feels very localized.

I found a thread from six months ago detailing the exact required documents: two forms of ID (passport and driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill less than 90 days old). Make sure yours match the names exactly.

I think you need to escalate past the general support. Try finding a 'Trust and Safety' contact or a dedicated 'Payments' department email. The general chat is just for basic FAQs and won't help with complex withdrawal issues.
