I just bought a pair of shoes for my son and they ended up being the wrong size. I tried to initiate a return through the Nike website portal, but the system kept giving me an error message. I spent nearly 20 minutes trying different browsers and clearing my cache, but nothing worked. I finally had to call them, and the representative was very helpful, but the initial online process is seriously frustrating. Has anyone found a reliable workaround for the return tracking or maybe a better phone number to use? I just want to get this sorted quickly.

Have you tried using the Nike mobile app instead of the desktop website? Sometimes the app has a different backend for returns and it might bypass the error message you're seeing. It's worth a shot.

My experience was terrible. You should try contacting them via Twitter or Instagram DMs. Sometimes the social media team is more responsive and can process the return details for you without needing you to navigate the broken website forms. I had success getting a label that way.
