I just downloaded the Sky Vegas app and I'm having a really hard time getting it to recognize my account details. The login screen seems to be giving me an error code every time I try to enter my credentials, even though I know they are correct. I tried reinstalling the app twice, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem recently? I'm worried if I won't be able to access my funds or play until this is fixed. Any tips on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your phone's cache for the app? Sometimes the stored data gets corrupted and causes login errors.

I'm having the same problem. I even tried logging in via the desktop website first, and then using the credentials to log into the app. Did that help you?

A different device might be the answer. If you have access to a friend's phone, try installing and logging in there. This helps determine if the issue is with the app itself or your specific phone model.
