I've been trying to access the Grand Mondial mobile platform since the last major draw, but I keep getting an 'authentication failed' error message. I've cleared my cache and reinstalled the app multiple times, but the issue persists. Is it possible there's a server-side issue right now, or am I missing a step with the login credentials? I need to check my ticket balance before the next round, so any advice on a workaround or a direct contact method would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I had the exact same issue yesterday. I finally got it working after logging out on my desktop browser first, then trying the app again. Might be a sync problem.

Has anyone checked the official Grand Mondial status page? Sometimes these issues are known and they post a temporary fix or ETA there. Don't rely only on the app for status updates.

Try using a different device entirely. If you are on iOS, try Android, or vice versa. Sometimes the authentication token gets tied to the operating system, and switching helps reset it.

Short. Check your internet connection.

I think it's a server issue. My friend posted on Twitter that they are experiencing widespread login failures, suggesting maintenance or overload. Wait an hour and try again.

I agree with the server issue theory. My balance is fine, but the app just refuses to connect. I'm going to try contacting their support via email instead of the in-app chat, just in case the chat system is also down.

Did you try logging in via the web portal instead of the app? Sometimes the mobile app fails when the backend system is having minor hiccups, but the main website is fine.

Replying to the previous post: Yes, I tried the web portal, and it worked perfectly! It seems like the app itself is the culprit right now. Definitely try the browser first.

Clear your device's cookies and cache for all related sites, not just the app. Sometimes the browser cache interferes with the app's ability to authenticate correctly.

Has anyone checked if the app needs an update? Go to the App Store or Google Play and make sure there isn't a pending version update waiting for you. Old versions often break with new backend security protocols.

I'm having the same problem. I'm going to call their customer service line directly, since the app and the website seem to be giving me nothing but error messages. Hopefully, they can manually verify my credentials.

I found a workaround. I logged in on my laptop, then immediately logged out. After a minute, I reinstalled the app. It prompted me to log in again, and this time it accepted my credentials without issue. It was a weird reset process.
