I'm trying to deposit funds for some casino play, but the app keeps giving me an error when I try to link my primary checking account. I've already double-checked all the routing and account numbers multiple times, and it still fails. I've tried using the website version, and that worked fine, so I know the account details are correct. Is there a known bug with the mobile app's banking integration right now? I really want to take advantage of the current welcome bonus, but I'm stuck on the deposit screen. Has anyone found a workaround for this specific issue?

Replying to the person who said calling support helped: Yes, definitely call them. Don't rely on the app troubleshooting. They are the only ones who can see the backend error codes.

I agree with the suggestion to try PayPal. It was super quick, and I didn't have to wait for the bank side of things to fix themselves. It's the easiest temporary fix.

Could it be that the bank has flagged your account for suspicious activity because you've tried linking it multiple times? Sometimes banks temporarily lock the connection for security reasons.

Long story short: I waited 3 hours, and then I just used Amazon gift cards instead. It was a pain, but it got me playing and I didn't want to miss the bonus. Hope someone finds a real fix!
