I've been trying to use the Stanleybet mobile app for a few days now, and I keep running into random login errors. It's frustrating because I know my credentials are correct, and I've tried resetting my password twice already. I was hoping someone here might know if there's a known bug or if they updated the API recently. Also, does anyone know if using the dedicated app is better than using the mobile browser version? I'm trying to figure out the most reliable way to place bets on the go.

I had the same issue last week. Clearing the cache on my phone fixed it for me. Try that first.

It's definitely a known bug right now. They updated the backend API last Tuesday, and the app hasn't caught up. Just use the mobile browser for now, it seems more stable.

Are you sure your credentials are correct? I double-checked mine, and they work fine on the desktop site. Maybe it's an account lock-out?

I agree with the OP. The mobile browser is way more reliable. The dedicated app keeps crashing when I try to view live odds. It's a huge pain.

Just use the browser. Seriously. The app experience feels rushed and buggy. I prefer the clean interface of the mobile website, even if it takes an extra click or two.

Mine only happens on Android 12. I'm on a newer phone, but I suspect the app developer needs to patch their authentication module. Check the official Stanleybet support channels for any maintenance notices.

Short answer: Mobile browser. It's faster and less prone to random errors than the dedicated app right now.

I've noticed the login errors are most common right after a major sporting event. Maybe their servers are overloaded during peak times? It's not just the app, the whole system seems strained.

I tried logging in via Safari on my iPhone, and it worked perfectly. Maybe the issue is specific to Chrome or a particular operating system version. Worth testing on multiple browsers.

I recommend checking if your operating system is fully updated. Sometimes app compatibility issues arise when the OS is running an older version.

I found that logging out completely, waiting 30 minutes, and then trying again resolved my issue. It's a strange session timeout problem, but it worked for me.
