I've been trying to make a withdrawal from Mr Mobile Casino for the past two days, and the support chat is completely unhelpful. They keep asking for verification documents that I've already provided, which is incredibly frustrating. I used the mobile app specifically because it was supposed to be seamless, but the deposit process itself felt glitchy and slow. Has anyone else experienced delays or problems getting funds out? I just want to make sure my money is safe and the withdrawal process is actually reliable before I deposit any more.

Did you try contacting them via email instead of the chat? Sometimes email gets routed to a different department and might be faster.

Are you sure the issue isn't with your bank? Sometimes they flag the transaction and delay the funds release, regardless of the casino's process.

I think the glitchy deposits are just a sign that they are having backend issues. Don't deposit more until they fix the withdrawal side first.
