I've been trying to make a deposit on stanleybet for the last two days, and the process keeps failing. I followed all the instructions for the bank transfer, and the confirmation number should be fine, but the site just shows an error message every time I try to finalize it. Has anyone successfully deposited recently? I'm worried if there's a temporary maintenance issue or if I've done something wrong with the transfer details. Any advice on getting this sorted out quickly would be greatly appreciated.

Check your bank's side too. Sometimes the delay is on their end, not the site's.

I had the exact same issue last week. It turned out they were doing system updates, so it was temporary maintenance. Just wait a few hours and try again.

Did you try using a different payment method? Sometimes the bank transfer gateway fails for specific accounts.

Contact their customer support directly via live chat. Don't rely just on the forum. They can check the transaction status on their end.

Wait 24 hours. Sometimes the system needs time to sync the transfer details, especially if you are using a new bank account.

I think it might be a regional issue. Are you depositing from a specific area? Maybe their transfer protocols changed recently.

Reply to previous post: @UserX, I tried calling them and they told me everything was fine on their end. They suggested I wait 48 hours and try again. It was frustrating, but it worked.

Short and sweet: Try clearing your browser cache. Sometimes browser data interferes with the final submission of the form.

Reply to previous post: @UserY, I also had trouble. I found that if I used a different browser (like switching from Chrome to Firefox), the error message disappeared and I was able to complete the deposit successfully. It was a weird glitch.

It's possible the error message is misleading. Sometimes it just means the confirmation number format is slightly off, even if you followed the guide perfectly. Double-check the required format against their official FAQ.

Have you checked if there are any known outages reported on their official social media channels? Sometimes they announce maintenance there before the site itself shows the error.

I recommend sending a screenshot of the error message along with your transfer proof to support. Don't just describe it; show it to them. That usually speeds up the process immensely.

Reply to previous post: @UserZ, I agree with the cache clearing idea. I did that, and it fixed it instantly. Always the first thing to try when a web form is acting up.

If all else fails, try depositing a very small amount first. Just enough to test the connection. If that works, then try the larger amount later.

I'm going to wait until the morning. Most technical issues like this get resolved overnight by their IT team. Good luck!
