I was playing last night and had a really frustrating time trying to use the loyalty points system. I thought I understood how the bonuses worked, but when I tried to redeem my points, the site kept giving me an error message. I even tried contacting support, but the wait time was ridiculous. Has anyone else experienced technical issues when using the Vera and John platform? I'm worried my recent deposits might not have been fully credited due to this glitch. Any advice on how to get this sorted out quickly would be greatly appreciated.

I think it's a known glitch. I was playing yesterday and my balance was deducted for a bet that never registered. I had to submit a ticket and they finally credited it after three days. It's definitely not just you.

Replying to the OP: I also noticed a huge discrepancy between the points shown on the dashboard versus the actual points I could redeem. It's like they are counting two different balances.

I'm going to wait 24 hours and try logging out completely, then logging back in. Sometimes a fresh session is all it takes to reset the connection and bypass temporary glitches.

I recommend posting a screenshot of the error message and your transaction history when you contact support. Having proof makes it much harder for them to dismiss your claim.
