Reviewing OYO Las Vegas - Was it worth the budget stay?

I recently stayed at an OYO property near the Strip in Las Vegas and wanted to share my experience with anyone planning a trip. Overall, the location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to the main attractions, which was a huge plus. However, the room itself was quite basic, and I found the air conditioning unit to be very noisy throughout the night. The staff were polite enough, but housekeeping seemed a bit inconsistent with the cleanliness. If you are looking for a budget option and location is your top priority, it might work, but don't expect luxury amenities.
