I just got back from a long weekend at Harrah's, and I wanted to share my full experience. Overall, the resort is stunning, and the new common areas really look fantastic. However, I found the room service to be significantly slower than it used to be, which was frustrating when we were trying to relax. Also, the parking structure seems much more confusing now that they've added new signage. Has anyone else noticed a dip in the quality of the staff service since the major overhaul? I'd love to hear if anyone else had a similar experience with the amenities or the service staff.

Overall, it was a mixed bag. The aesthetics are undeniable, and the new pool area is fantastic. However, the operational efficiency seems to have taken a hit. I found myself feeling more like a tourist in a fancy building than a guest at a resort. I hope management addresses the staff training gap soon, because the potential is huge, but the current execution is frustrating.

It's typical of large resorts undergoing massive renovations. They focus so much on the 'wow' factor for photos and marketing that they neglect the day-to-day logistics and the consistency of the service staff. It's a common problem, and it makes the whole experience feel a little hollow despite the beautiful finishes. I'd rate it 3/5 stars because of the service hiccups.
