We recently used Ritz Catering for our company's 10th anniversary celebration, and I had to share our experience. From the initial consultation to the final setup, everything was flawless. The team was incredibly professional, and the menu options were far beyond what we expected. Specifically, the vegetarian appetizers were a huge hit with our guests, and the service staff were attentive without being intrusive. If you are planning a large corporate event and want a stress-free, high-quality experience, I highly recommend giving them a call. It definitely elevated the entire evening.

I agree with the poster. The staff attentiveness is key. Sometimes 'attentive' just means 'visible' and that's not always good.

We used them for a smaller team gathering, not a massive anniversary. The service was excellent, but the menu felt a little limited for a casual lunch setting.
