My partner and I are finally planning a trip to the Bavaro Princess Resort, and we are really excited! We are looking for advice from people who have actually stayed there. Specifically, we are interested in the spa and the casino. Could anyone recommend a specific spa package or treatment that is highly rated? Also, for the casino, what are the best times to go, or which games are less overwhelming for a first-time visitor? We want to make sure we maximize our time there without feeling stressed. Any tips on booking or navigating the resort would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, you are going to have such a blast! For the spa, definitely look into their couples' massage package. It's really relaxing and they are very professional.

Casino tip: Don't go right when it opens. The atmosphere is better and the crowds are thinner around 3 PM. Also, stick to table games like Blackjack or Roulette if you are nervous.

I found the 'Tropical Renewal' package at the spa. It includes a scrub and a deep tissue massage. It was amazing, and the staff made the whole process seamless. Book it online in advance to save time!

Short answer: Book everything early. The resort gets slammed.

Regarding the casino, I highly recommend trying the slot machines first. They are low-pressure and you can play with small amounts to get comfortable with the layout. Avoid the high-stakes poker tables until you are more experienced.

I agree with the spa package recommendation. The aromatherapy oils they use are top-notch. Maybe try adding a foot soak before the massage for extra effect?

If you want to save money, check out the happy hour deals at the bar near the casino. It's a fun way to start the evening without spending a fortune.

For the casino, if you are worried about feeling overwhelmed, try the video poker machines. They are simple, easy to learn, and you can play at your own pace. It's perfect for a first visit.

The resort itself is huge. Take a tram or a golf cart to get around. Don't try to walk everywhere, or you will burn out before you even hit the spa.

I think the 'Couples' package' is perfect. It really sets the mood for a romantic getaway. You should book it for a day when you don't have to rush.

Has anyone been? I'm worried about the crowd size at the casino during peak hours. Is it really that busy?

It is busy, but that's part of the fun! Just be prepared for lines. If you go early morning, before 4 PM, you will beat the worst of the rush. The spa is much calmer.

Don't forget to check out the resort's local excursions. Sometimes the best memories aren't even inside the resort walls!

I found that the spa menu is overwhelming. I just booked a basic hot stone massage and it was wonderful. Simple is often best.

Regarding the casino, if you are playing slots, look for games with 'progressive jackpots.' They are exciting and the potential payout keeps you engaged without needing deep knowledge of the game.

If you are looking for a low-stress casino experience, try the Bingo rooms. They are fun, social, and require minimal concentration. It's a great icebreaker for couples!

Seriously, book your spa treatments at least two weeks out. They fill up fast, especially the popular couples' treatments. And remember to wear comfortable shoes for walking around the resort.

I had a great time! Just remember to take breaks. Don't try to cram too much into one day. Balance the excitement with some downtime by the pool.

The spa staff were lovely. They gave us some local herbal tea blend to take home, which was a nice little bonus. Ask them about the current seasonal deals!
