Hi everyone, I'm planning a trip to Bossier City next month and I'm trying to maximize my stay at Horseshoe. I know they run promotions constantly, but I'm not sure what's currently running or what's worth checking out. Are there any good staycation deals or package offers that include dining credits? Also, if anyone has experience with the gaming promotions, I'd love some tips on what to look out for. Any insider knowledge about the best time to visit for a big event or a specific discount would be hugely appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Check their official website first. Deals change constantly.

I found a great package last year. It included a free dinner voucher and 15% off the room rate for a three-night stay. You have to book directly with them, not through a third party. Also, ask about bundling the stay with a specific restaurant credit. It makes a huge difference. I recommend calling the hotel reservations line and asking specifically about 'seasonal packages' or 'staycation bundles.' They often have promotions that aren't advertised widely online. Good luck with your trip!

Gaming promotions are best during weekdays.

The best time is usually right after a major local event, like a festival or a big concert. They run promotions to fill rooms. I heard they had a huge discount when the local college football team played here last fall.

I agree. Weekends are always more expensive.

Speaking of deals, did you look into the dining promotions? Sometimes they run 'Spend $X, get $Y credit' deals that are way better than just a flat discount. I got a great deal where I spent $100 at the steakhouse and got $20 back to use on my second night's meal. It requires planning, but it saves a ton of money.

Seriously, calling is key. I called and they told me about a 'Loyalty Member Flash Sale' that was only available over the phone. I saved about $150 right there. Don't rely only on what you see on social media.

I recommend checking out the 'Stay Longer, Save More' tiers. If you plan on staying four nights or more, ask if they have a progressive discount structure. Sometimes the fourth night is heavily discounted, which is a massive deal. Also, ask about complimentary parking or valet services, as those small things add up quickly.

I heard the casino often runs 'Play and Win' events. Keep an eye on the marquee for details. It's usually the biggest draw.

How about the local attractions? Sometimes the hotel partners with nearby things for bundled deals. Check out the tourism board website.

My experience was that the best deals are often 'mystery' deals. They might run a promotion that is only announced 48 hours before, targeted at specific booking channels. It's a bit of a gamble, but if you are flexible with your dates, you might catch something huge. Also, if you are a member of any major hotel loyalty program, make sure you mention it when booking.
