I finally booked a weekend stay and decided to try out the spa. I was really excited because everyone raves about it, but I'm not sure if the experience lived up to the 'princess' name. I booked the signature aromatherapy massage and the facial package. The massage therapist was incredibly skilled, but the waiting time for the facial felt excessive. Also, the relaxation lounge area was a bit noisy, which made it hard to unwind completely. Has anyone else been? I'd love to know if I should try booking a package that includes the hydrotherapy circuit next time.

I went last month! The massage was amazing, but yes, the waiting area was loud. Maybe book a private room next time.

The hydrotherapy circuit is a must. It's a total reset. It makes the whole experience feel much more luxurious and worth the price.

Don't worry about the noise. I found the quietest time was right after the peak lunch rush, maybe mid-afternoon. It really helped me unwind.

Short and sweet: Yes, it's worth it. Book the full package.

I had a completely different experience. My therapist was phenomenal, and the facial was timed perfectly. I recommend the deep tissue massage specifically.

I agree about the waiting time. It felt like they were juggling too many people. Maybe they need better flow management in the lobby area.

Did you try the sauna? I thought it was a bit too intense for my liking. I prefer the gentle steam room experience. It's much more relaxing.

Honestly, the food options in the spa cafe were disappointing. It took away from the overall luxury feel. Next time, I'll just stick to the treatments.

I think the noise level is just part of the resort atmosphere. It's busy, and that's part of the charm, I guess. Still, I understand your frustration.

If you are going back, try the couples' package. It includes a dedicated quiet area away from the main lounge, which solved my noise problem completely.

The hydrotherapy circuit is fantastic. It's invigorating, not just relaxing. It's perfect for shaking off travel fatigue. Definitely book it!

I found the signature aromatherapy massage lovely, but I wish they offered more choice in essential oils. It felt a little generic.

Has anyone else noticed that the facial treatments are always rushed? I felt like I barely had time to breathe during my appointment. It was frustrating.

I think you should try to book a package that includes a private relaxation room. It's expensive, but it guarantees peace and quiet, which is what you really need after a long day.

I agree with the user above. The noise was the biggest letdown for me too. It really diminishes the sense of escape you are paying for.

Overall, 7/10. The skill of the therapists makes up for the minor logistical issues. Just go for the massage, and skip the facial if you're worried about time.

The hydrotherapy circuit is great, but make sure you wear flip-flops. The floor gets slippery near the pools, and it's a safety hazard.

I went last year and it was perfect. The staff were attentive, and the waiting times were minimal. Maybe your visit was just an off day for them? Don't let it discourage you!
