I finally decided to give Mr. Pacho a try last weekend, mostly because of the welcome bonus they were promoting. The game selection is pretty decent, especially the slot machines, but I had some trouble with the withdrawal process. It took nearly 48 hours for the funds to actually hit my bank account, which was much longer than I expected. I tried contacting customer support through the live chat, and they were helpful, but they couldn't speed up the payout. Has anyone else had a better experience with their withdrawal times? I'm curious if the delay is normal or if I should be concerned.

Mine took 36 hours. It's definitely slow.

I had a much worse experience. I cashed out a medium amount last month, and it took almost five full days. They told me it was due to 'security review,' but I never heard anything further. I ended up having to contact my bank directly, and they said the casino was flagged for unusual activity. It was incredibly stressful and I lost faith in their payment system. Maybe stick to small withdrawals until you know the process better. It's really frustrating when you just want your money.

Did you use a specific payment method? I usually use e-wallets, but I'm worried they might be slower than direct bank transfers.

Wow, five days is unacceptable. You should definitely report that to the forum mods. That sounds like a massive red flag for the platform. I think they are deliberately making the process difficult to discourage larger withdrawals.

I think the delay might be less about the casino and more about the banking system itself. Sometimes, if the casino processes a large volume of withdrawals in a short time, the receiving bank needs extra time to clear the funds and verify the transactions. It's usually a combination of the casino's processing time plus the bank's internal processing time. Be patient, but keep an eye on your bank's transaction history for any status updates.

My withdrawal was smooth, but it was definitely not instant. I requested a payout of $500 last week. The casino confirmed receipt of the request immediately, and they said it would take 24-48 hours. I received the funds exactly 40 hours later. I think the 48-hour window they give you is accurate, but it is still longer than I would prefer. I found the customer service team very helpful in tracking the status, which was a plus. They kept me informed even though they couldn't speed it up. Overall, it was predictable, which is better than unpredictable.

Seriously, 40 hours is exactly what I experienced. It's like they operate on their own time zone. I had to wait until the following Tuesday to see the money, which was annoying. I feel like they should advertise the withdrawal time clearly on the site, not just during the bonus sign-up. It's misleading marketing.

Don't worry too much. It's probably just standard processing time. Just keep communicating with support and don't panic.

I used a direct ACH transfer, and it took exactly 3 days. I think the issue might be with the type of transfer. Maybe trying a different banking method could speed things up for you.

Just take it easy. Enjoy the games in the meantime.
