I spent a weekend at the Ritz Casino last month and overall, it was a great experience, but I wanted to get some feedback on the newly renovated high-roller lounge. The decor is stunning, no doubt, but the service felt a little inconsistent. On Saturday, the staff were incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even asked. However, on Sunday, we waited ages for drinks, and it felt like the staff were spread too thin. Has anyone else noticed a dip in service quality lately, or is it just me? I'd love to hear if others feel the lounge needs some staffing adjustments.

Totally agree about the service dip. It felt like they were understaffed on Sunday. The decor is amazing, but great ambiance doesn't fix slow drink service.

I had a similar experience last month. The lounge itself is gorgeous, truly world-class design, but the service inconsistency is really noticeable. On our second night, we waited nearly 45 minutes just for basic appetizers, which is unacceptable for a high-roller area. It seems like they might be over-scheduling events and stretching the staff too thin. Management really needs to review their staffing ratios, especially during peak hours. Maybe implementing a dedicated runner system for drink orders would help immensely.

Honestly, I thought the service was fine. Maybe we just hit an off-peak moment on Sunday? I found the staff polite enough, even if they were busy.

Does anyone else feel the seating arrangement is too open? It gets really loud and hard to have a private conversation.

I remember visiting when they first opened the new section, and it was pristine. Now, it feels a bit chaotic. The staff seem more focused on the action floor than the lounge itself. It's a shame because the potential is so high. I wish they would invest in more dedicated lounge personnel, rather than just relying on general floor staff.

Yes! We waited forever for a simple round of cocktails. It was frustrating. They need more bartenders.

It's definitely not just you. The gap between Saturday and Sunday was huge.

Exactly! I waited almost an hour for a refill. It felt like the staff were spread too thin, maybe due to the big tournament they were running that weekend. They need to allocate more people to the lounge area specifically.

I think they need a dedicated 'lounge captain' or supervisor on duty at all times. Someone who can manage the flow and address complaints before they become major issues. That would improve the experience dramatically.

The decor really makes up for most things. The lighting and the view of the pool area are breathtaking. As long as the overall atmosphere remains this luxurious, I'm happy to overlook minor service hiccups. It's still a fantastic place to spend an evening.

I disagree that we can overlook service issues. The entire point of a high-roller lounge is premium, seamless service. If the service dips, the whole luxury illusion breaks down, no matter how stunning the decor is. Management needs to address the staffing immediately.

Maybe try going mid-week? Weekends seem to be when the staff are completely overwhelmed. It might be a timing issue rather than a permanent staffing problem.
