I spent a long weekend at the Hard Rock Hollywood and had a really mixed experience overall. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the room service was prompt, but the casino floor felt a bit overwhelming and loud, even during the day. I spent most of my time at the music venue, which was fantastic and really lived up to the 'Rock' name. If anyone is planning a trip, I'd recommend booking a package that includes the entertainment options, rather than just the room, as that made the trip feel much more cohesive. Has anyone else found the dining options to be overpriced compared to other Hollywood spots?

Totally agree about the dining. I ate at the main restaurant and felt ripped off. Hollywood has amazing, more affordable spots nearby.

The music venue is the absolute highlight. It really makes the whole stay worthwhile. I spent three nights just listening to bands and it was perfect. Definitely book a package that includes concert access.

It's true, the casino is a lot. I found it stressful and honestly, I spent more time just wandering the lobby looking at the art than gambling. Maybe stick to the hotel amenities.

I found the room service was great, but the check-in process was a nightmare. Waited almost an hour just to get the key. Needs improvement.

Did you try the spa? I thought it was incredibly relaxing and a great way to decompress from the noise of the casino. Worth the splurge!

Echoing your thoughts on the packages. Booking the entertainment package saved us so much time planning and made the whole trip feel structured and fun. Highly recommend it!

Replying to the dining point: I actually found the casual bar snacks to be surprisingly good value. Maybe skip the sit-down meals and just stick to the bar area for quick bites.

The hotel aesthetics are stunning, no doubt. It feels like a destination in itself. Just be prepared for the crowds, though. It gets packed fast.

I disagree slightly on the casino. While loud, I thought the atmosphere was part of the fun. It's high energy, which is what you expect in Hollywood, right? You have to embrace the chaos!

I loved the whole experience, but I think the biggest issue is the transportation. Getting around Hollywood from the hotel was a hassle and added a lot of stress to the trip.

The music venue was amazing, but I found the line for the main show to be ridiculously long. Maybe plan to arrive much earlier than you think you need to. Otherwise, it was a solid 8/10.
