I've been trying to use the spinpalace mobile app for the last week, and every time I update it, it seems to crash or freeze up when I get to the main game lobby. I've cleared the cache and reinstalled the app twice already, but the issue persists. I'm using an Android phone running the latest OS version, and I've checked my internet connection multiple times too. Has anyone found a workaround for this, or do I need to wait for a patch from the developers? It's really frustrating because I enjoy playing on the go.

Me too! It crashed right when I opened the lobby yesterday. I'm on the same Android version.

Did you check if the developers have an official announcement or a status page? Sometimes they post about known bugs before the forum.

I think this is a known bug after the 3.5 update. My friend who uses an iPhone says it's happening there too. Maybe we just have to wait for a hotfix.

Short answer: wait. Long answer: I've seen several threads about this. It seems like the current build is unstable. I'm going back to the previous version if possible.

Try uninstalling the Google Play Store cache itself. Sometimes the update mechanism gets corrupted and causes app issues.

I heard that sometimes logging out of your account within the app and then logging back in fixes the lobby freeze. It's a simple trick, but it worked for me.

Hey @UserName, did you try resetting your device's network settings? It sounds weird, but sometimes the connection profile gets messed up and causes weird app behavior.

I'm using a Samsung phone and it keeps freezing on the loading screen. It's so frustrating. I just want to play my favorite games without technical difficulties.

Seriously, check your device storage. If your phone is almost full, some apps start acting up and crashing randomly, regardless of how many times you clear the cache.

Replying to the suggestion about logging out: Yes, that worked for me! It immediately resolved the lobby crash. Thanks for the tip!

Has anyone noticed if this happens only after a major update, or is it happening randomly even if I haven't updated in a while?

I'm going to try updating my Android OS first, even if it says I'm on the latest. Sometimes the app requires a specific OS patch that hasn't been pushed to my device yet.

My experience has been totally different. I updated, and it just worked fine. Maybe the issue is localized to certain phone models or carriers. Keep trying!

The developers need to hear this. This is making the app unusable for daily players. Please prioritize a fix!

I found a workaround. If you open the app and immediately go to a specific mini-game (not the main lobby), it bypasses the crash point and lets you play until you manually exit.

I think it's a server-side issue, not an app issue. The crashes happen at the same time for multiple users, which points to the backend failing to handle the load.

I agree with the server-side theory. If it were just my phone, it wouldn't affect so many people. We just have to wait for them to scale up their infrastructure.
