I'm having a really frustrating time trying to access my account on the casino site. Every time I try to use the 'Zodiac Login' feature, it gives me an error message that just says 'Invalid credentials.' I've checked my username and password multiple times, and I'm positive I'm typing them correctly. Has anyone else had issues with the login system recently? Why do you think it's invalid? I used the exact same method and it worked fine for me this morning. Maybe try logging in via the mobile app instead of the desktop site.

If none of the above work, take a screenshot of the error message and submit it to support. Don't just tell them 'invalid credentials' - give them the full error code if there is one.

To reply to the user about the mobile app: Yes, the mobile app is much smoother. The desktop site seems to have had some backend updates that broke the login flow. Use the app until they fix the web portal.
