Hi everyone, I'm having a really frustrating time trying to access my account. I've reset my password twice now, and it keeps giving me an 'invalid credentials' error message. I'm pretty sure my username is correct, and I'm using the latest browser version. Has anyone else run into this issue since the platform updated last week? I need to check my balance urgently for a transaction. Any advice on whether this is a known bug or if I need to contact support directly?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies completely? Sometimes updates mess with local data, and that's usually the culprit.

I ran into this exact issue last week. It seems like the update triggered a temporary account flag. Before you panic, try logging in using the 'Forgot Username' flow instead of just resetting the password. It forces a different validation check, which sometimes bypasses the bug.

This is frustrating. Since you need urgent access, I highly recommend contacting their official support ticket system immediately. Do not use any third-party recovery services. Also, check if your account might be temporarily locked due to too many failed attempts in a short period. Sometimes the error message is misleading.

Did you try using a completely different browser, like Firefox if you are on Chrome, or vice versa? It could be a browser-specific incompatibility with the new platform code.

Yes, I confirmed this bug. Multiple users on Reddit are reporting that the new authentication module is glitchy. They say the fix is coming in a hotfix patch, but it might take 24-48 hours. Just keep checking the official announcements.

Okay, here is a comprehensive troubleshooting checklist: 1. Use an Incognito/Private window. 2. Ensure your device's date and time settings are correct (this is critical for security tokens). 3. If you use a VPN, disable it temporarily. 4. If none of that works, try logging in from a completely different network (e.g., switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data). This rules out IP-based restrictions.

Are you using two-factor authentication (2FA)? If so, try generating a backup code instead of relying on the authenticator app.

I disagree that it's just a cache issue. The error message 'invalid credentials' usually means the server rejected the input, not that the browser failed to send it. You should check the bitkingz status page or Twitter feed; if it's a known bug, they will post an update there before you waste time troubleshooting.

If the main site is giving you trouble, try accessing the account dashboard via their mobile app instead. Sometimes the mobile app uses a different API endpoint than the main web portal, and one might be working correctly even if the other is bugged.

I agree with the bug confirmation, but wait! Before you wait for a patch, try this workaround: If you have access to the email associated with the account, send a test email to that address. Sometimes the system requires the email to be active and accessible before allowing a password reset to fully process.

Please be extremely careful about who you trust for help. Do not give your credentials to anyone who contacts you via direct message or asks you to download a 'fix' tool. Stick strictly to the official support channels provided on the main website. If they can't help you, they will tell you.

Are you absolutely certain that your username is correct, including capitalization? Some systems are case-sensitive, and if the update changed the backend database structure, it might be interpreting your input incorrectly.
