I've been trying to access the main dashboard for the last hour, and I keep running into this strange login loop. It seems like the system thinks I've entered my credentials too many times, even though I'm double-checking my username and password. I've cleared my cache and tried a different browser, but nothing changes. Has anyone else experienced this 'plenty login' issue recently? I need this access for a critical project deadline tomorrow, so any advice on resetting my credentials or bypassing this error message would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using a private browsing window? Sometimes cookies get stuck even after clearing the cache.

This is frustrating. I had this exact issue last month. It turns out it wasn't my credentials at all. The system was undergoing maintenance, and they locked out accounts temporarily. You might need to check the official status page or contact IT directly.

Check your VPN connection. Sometimes the IP address change triggers a security lock, even if you are physically in the right location.

Seriously, try a different device. Not just a different browser, but a completely different computer if possible. It rules out local network conflicts.

I agree with the VPN suggestion. My team ran into this last week, and it was definitely related to a recent network update on our end. It took about an hour for the IT department to manually whitelist our IP range. Good luck!

Did you verify that your username isn't case-sensitive? I remember getting locked out because I capitalized the first letter incorrectly.

It might be a browser extension conflict. Try disabling all extensions and attempting the login again. Ad blockers are notorious for interfering with complex web portals like this one.

Long shot, but sometimes the issue is related to time zone settings on your computer. Make sure your system clock is perfectly synced with the correct time zone, as authentication systems can be very sensitive to time discrepancies.

Wait, if you are getting a loop, are you getting any specific error code? Even a cryptic number could help us pinpoint the exact failure point. Please paste it here if you can.

The system sometimes requires a password reset, even if you think your password is correct. Use the 'Forgot Password' link, and if that fails, you must call the helpdesk. Don't keep trying to brute force it.

I think the issue might be with the 'plenty login' portal itself. I saw a post yesterday mentioning that they were updating the authentication module, which often causes temporary lockouts for users.

Reply to the OP: I'm going to try what the user who mentioned the IP range suggested. I'll call IT first thing in the morning, just in case it's a known network issue.

Have you checked if your company has mandated a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) update recently? Sometimes the old login method fails completely until the new MFA method is properly configured on your account.

Don't forget to check the password strength requirements. If you recently changed your password, maybe it now contains a character set that the portal is struggling to read correctly.

I found that if I logged in using my corporate email address instead of my username, the loop immediately stopped. It was a simple credential mapping issue on their end. Try that!

If all else fails, take a break. Seriously. Step away from the computer for an hour. Sometimes the simplest solution is just letting the system cool down and resetting the internal counter that is triggering the lock.

I hope you can get access soon. If none of this works, the only guaranteed solution is to submit a formal ticket through the company's official IT portal, rather than relying on forum advice. They can check the server logs directly.
