I had the exact same issue last month. It turned out the problem wasn't Betway, but my bank's security protocols. They flagged the large incoming amount and put a temporary hold on it. You might need to call your bank and ask them if they are expecting a transfer from an online betting site.

I think the issue is related to the source of the funds. If you won using a specific bonus or promotion, they might require you to withdraw through a different method or wait for the bonus terms to expire. Read the T&Cs again!

Support is useless. Just write a detailed email to their complaints department, attaching screenshots of the pending status and all your transaction IDs. Keep a paper trail.
