Hi everyone, I'm trying to access my account on galacasino but I keep running into an issue with the login page. I've forgotten my password, so I followed the 'Forgot Password' link, but it just keeps giving me an error message saying the email is invalid, even though I know it's correct. I've tried using different browsers and clearing my cache, but nothing works. Has anyone else experienced this specific login glitch recently? Any advice on how to get a manual password reset or contact support directly would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried using a VPN? Sometimes the IP address blocks the reset function.

This is a known glitch. You need to contact their dedicated support line directly, not just use the web form. They usually require account verification via phone number instead of email.

Check your spam folder! Sometimes the reset link lands there, even if the system says the email is invalid.

Did you verify your account details when you first signed up? Sometimes the 'invalid email' message means the email address on file is slightly different from the one you are entering.

I had the exact same issue last month. They finally helped me after I opened a ticket through their official Facebook page. It was much faster than using the website form. Try that route.

If the automated reset fails, you must find a way to speak to a human. Look for a 'Contact Us' link that isn't the standard support form. Sometimes they hide a direct email address there.

What browser are you using? I was on Safari and it worked when Chrome failed. Browser compatibility can be a huge factor in these kinds of glitches.

I agree with the VPN suggestion. It completely bypassed the geographical restriction they had put on the reset link. It was a total nightmare until I used one.

The support team needs to be contacted through a different channel. Have you tried contacting them via Twitter? Sometimes those direct messages get routed to a higher tier of support staff.

Hey, are you sure the email address you are using is the one linked to the account? I checked mine, and I thought I was using the right one, but it turned out I had an old work email listed instead of my personal one. It fixed everything.

It's frustrating when tech fails you like this. My advice is to wait 24 hours and try again. Sometimes the system just needs a cooldown period to reset its error flags.

I'm going to try using a different device entirely, like my partner's laptop. Sometimes the cookies or local machine settings are the culprit, even if you clear your cache.

I think the issue might be related to the account being temporarily flagged for suspicious activity. This often happens if you try too many passwords or reset links in a short timeframe. You might need to wait a few days.

Thanks for the advice on the Facebook page. I was about to give up, but I'm going to try that right now. Hopefully, this works!

If all else fails, try calling them during their local business hours. Speaking to a representative live is usually the only way to get a manual override on a password reset.
