I'm trying to log into my Cool Cat Casino account this morning, but I keep getting an error message that says my credentials are invalid. To respond to the user who suggested checking the cache: Yes, I did that, and it didn't work. I've also tried three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and cleared the data on all of them. It's definitely not a local browser issue.

If none of the above work, consider if there's a temporary ban or suspension on your account. Sometimes if you try too many failed logins in a short period, the system locks you out automatically for security reasons. Wait 24 hours and try again.
