Hi everyone, I've been trying to access the Slots Temple login page all morning, but I keep running into an error message that says my credentials are invalid. I'm positive I'm using the correct username and password, and I've tried resetting it twice already. Has anyone else experienced login issues recently? I'm worried if the site is undergoing maintenance or if there's a specific VPN I should be using to get through. Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated before I give up for the day.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That often solves credential issues, even if you think the data is correct.

I had the exact same problem last week. It turned out the site was running a database migration, which caused temporary login failures for several hours. Keep an eye on their official Twitter feed for status updates. Don't stress too much; it's usually temporary.

Try a completely different browser, like switching from Chrome to Firefox or Edge. Sometimes, specific browser extensions interfere with the login script.

I think you might be mistyping the username. Are you sure you aren't using an old email address or a nickname that was changed on their end? Double-check the exact format they require.

Don't worry about the VPN yet. Before jumping to complex network solutions, try logging in using your phone's data connection (turn off Wi-Fi) just to rule out a local network issue. If it works on mobile data, the problem is definitely your home router or ISP.

Wait an hour and try again. Sometimes the server just gets overloaded with traffic, and the error message is misleading. It's usually a temporary server-side glitch, not an account issue.

If you've already reset twice, maybe try the 'Forgot Username' link instead of just resetting the password. Sometimes the system gets confused about which identifier is primary.

I agree with the OP. I also had issues last week. It wasn't maintenance, but they changed their authentication provider, and the old credentials stopped working until they pushed a mandatory update. Check their FAQ section for recent changes.

Check for Caps Lock. Seriously. It sounds dumb, but it happens all the time.

If none of the above work, you need to contact their dedicated support team directly via email or phone. Don't rely solely on the forum for account-specific issues. Provide them with the exact error code you are receiving.

Did you check if there are any required two-factor authentication steps? Sometimes the initial login error message doesn't account for MFA, making it seem like the credentials are invalid when they are actually fine.

I found that using a private browsing window (Incognito mode) bypassed the issue for me. It forces the browser to ignore stored cookies and cache, which is often the culprit.

To jump in here, @User123: I think the OP's concern about VPNs is valid, but only if they are using a corporate or heavily restricted network. Try switching to a known public network, like a coffee shop's Wi-Fi, just to test connectivity.

I hope it's nothing major. Hopefully, one of these simple fixes works for you! Good luck!
