I've been trying to access my account for the Grand Mondial lately, but I keep running into an error message even though I am sure my credentials are correct. I tried using both my email and my registered username, and neither seems to be working. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue recently? I've already cleared my browser cache and tried using a different device, so I'm hoping this is a known system glitch. Any advice on how to reset my password or contact support quickly would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked if the portal is undergoing maintenance? Sometimes they take the whole site offline for updates, and the error message can be misleading.

I had this exact issue last month. It turned out the system was running a database migration, so the password reset link wasn't working until they manually reset accounts. You might need to wait a few hours and try again.

Try using a private browsing window. Sometimes cookies conflict with the login process, even if you cleared your cache.

Did you try calling their dedicated support line? Sometimes the online form is slow, and speaking to a person is the fastest way to get a manual password reset initiated.

It's definitely a known glitch. I had to wait until midnight EST for it to clear up. Good luck!

I think you should check your spam folder for a password reset email. Sometimes the automated system sends it there, and you might have missed it.

Replying to the original poster: I had the same problem. I finally got through by emailing support directly and attaching a screenshot of the error message. It sped up the process immensely.

Just use the 'Forgot Password' link again. Don't worry about clearing the cache first. Sometimes the system just needs a fresh trigger.

I agree with the suggestion about calling support. When I waited until the next business day, they were much more helpful and walked me through a temporary workaround while they fixed the main bug. It was frustrating, but worth the effort.

Wait, what device are you using? My friend had this issue only when trying from an iPhone, but it worked fine on a desktop PC. Maybe it's a device compatibility thing.

Maybe the issue is with the specific credentials you are using. Double-check that your username isn't case sensitive. It's a small thing, but it trips people up.

The portal seems to be down for scheduled maintenance until 3 PM EST today. Check their official Twitter account for updates!

I've heard that sometimes using a VPN can bypass regional login restrictions or glitches. It's a long shot, but it's worth a quick try if nothing else works.

I'm going to try the private browsing window suggestion first. Thanks for the advice, everyone. I hope this works!

Please try using an incognito window, not just a private browser mode. Sometimes the difference is significant when dealing with old session cookies. Let me know if that helps!
