I just downloaded the Fansbet mobile app and I'm having a really frustrating time trying to log in. It keeps giving me an 'invalid credentials' error, even though I'm 100% sure my username and password are correct. I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app twice now, but nothing changes. Has anyone else experienced this specific login issue, or is there a known workaround I should be aware of? I'd really appreciate any advice on getting this sorted out so I can place my bets.

Have you checked if the app needs an update? Sometimes the login API breaks until the developers push a patch.

It might be a server-side issue. Try logging in via the desktop website first, just to confirm your credentials work outside the app environment. If that works, the problem is definitely localized to the mobile app itself.

Wait, did you try logging in using a different Android device? Sometimes the issue is tied to the specific OS version or device manufacturer's security settings.

I had this exact problem last month. My advice is to contact Fansbet support directly and ask them to manually reset your login credentials on their end. It usually fixes the 'invalid credentials' loop.

Yes, I did. It worked perfectly on my friend's Samsung phone, but not on my Google Pixel. This suggests it might be a device-specific compatibility glitch. Maybe try using Chrome instead of the default browser if you are using a web view.

Short answer: Clear your device's network settings and try again. It's a long shot, but sometimes the connection profile gets corrupted.

I found that logging out completely from the app, and then waiting about an hour before attempting to log back in, resolved it for me. It's like the server needs a little time to refresh the session token. It was super frustrating until that worked.

I agree with the manual reset suggestion. I spent hours troubleshooting, but the support team just needed to verify my account details and force a password reset. It was much faster than any technical fix I could perform myself. Please follow up with them!

Check your keyboard input. Are you using an auto-correct feature that might be subtly changing one of the characters in your username or password? This sounds silly, but it happens all the time.
