I've been trying to access my Sky Vegas account since this morning, but I keep getting an error message even after resetting my password. I've tried logging in from both my phone and my laptop, and the issue persists. It seems like the system might be flagging my account for some reason, or maybe there's a temporary server issue I'm unaware of. Has anyone else experienced login problems recently? I really need to check on my balance and place a few bets. Any advice on what I should do next would be greatly appreciated.

Seriously, try the 'Forgot Username' link first. Sometimes the system gets confused and requires you to verify your account details through that specific portal before letting you reset the password again.
