I've been trying to access my W Hill account for the past hour, but I keep running into an error. I've checked my email multiple times and confirmed that the username and password I am using are correct. The site just gives me a generic 'Invalid Credentials' message, even when I know my details are right. Has anyone else experienced this recently? I tried using a different browser and cleared my cache, but nothing worked. Any advice on what I should do next, or if there's a specific support contact I should reach out to?

Have you tried the 'Forgot Password' link? Sometimes the system flags old passwords even if they are correct.

This is a common issue. It might be a temporary server glitch on their end. Wait an hour or two and try again. If that fails, you definitely need to contact their dedicated support line directly.

Check for caps lock. Seriously. It sounds silly, but I've lost money because I typed a password with the wrong case.

I had this exact problem last month. They were doing maintenance on their authentication servers. I ended up calling their customer service number, and they manually reset my account details. You really need to try calling them, don't rely solely on the website contact form.

Did you check if you are using the correct domain? Sometimes people accidentally log into a mirror site or an old version of the platform. Make sure it is the official W Hill URL.

I agree with the previous poster. Calling them is the only reliable way. I spent ages emailing and getting nothing but automated responses. Call them during business hours, ideally early morning.

My advice is to clear your browser's cookies entirely, not just the cache. Sometimes old session cookies conflict with the login process, leading to false 'Invalid Credentials' errors. Try Chrome or Firefox, but ensure all site data is wiped.

Are you sure you aren't using a VPN? Sometimes security measures flag the IP address as suspicious, which can trigger a generic login failure message. Try disabling your VPN temporarily.

I think the issue might be related to your account status. Maybe there's a pending verification step or a temporary hold on the account that requires a manual unlock. You really need to find a way to speak to a human agent who can check the backend status.

Yeah, calling them is key. I found their support number on a different forum, not on the site itself. Good luck!

Has anyone found a dedicated helpdesk email address that isn't the general support inbox? The general forms are useless for complex issues like this.

I had the same issue. I finally got through by calling them and explaining that I had already tried clearing my cache and using multiple browsers. It helped that I sounded prepared and knowledgeable. It seems they appreciate it when you do your homework first.

Wait, what about two-factor authentication? If you have that enabled, make sure you are receiving the code on the correct device and that the time sync on that device is accurate. It's a simple thing, but it trips everyone up.
