I've been trying to access my SNAI dashboard for the last hour, but I keep getting an error message that says 'Invalid credentials.' I'm positive I'm using the correct username and password, so I was hoping someone here might have encountered this issue before. I already tried the 'Forgot Password' link twice, but the reset email never arrives in my inbox, even after checking the spam folder. Has anyone found a workaround for this login loop, or maybe an alternative support channel I should be using? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes old data interferes with the login process, even if the credentials are correct.

It sounds like a systemic issue with their password reset system. I had this exact problem last month. Did you try using a different browser entirely, like switching from Chrome to Firefox?

Check if there's a specific required format for the username. Sometimes they use a combination of initials and numbers that isn't obvious.

I had trouble logging in last week too. I finally got it resolved by calling their dedicated support line. The automated system was failing, so speaking to a human was the only way to bypass the loop. I recommend calling them during standard business hours.

Try logging in via the mobile app instead of the web portal. Sometimes the backend authentication for the app is different and might bypass the bug.

Did you check if your email provider (like Gmail or Outlook) has flagged the automated reset emails as spam or junk? Sometimes they go into a secondary folder.

I think the issue might be related to your IP address being flagged. If you are on a VPN or a corporate network, try logging in from a completely different location or network.

I agree with the suggestion to use a different browser. I found that Edge worked when Chrome kept giving me the 'Invalid credentials' error, even though I was 100% sure of my password.

Have you confirmed if there are any known service outages? Maybe check their official status page or social media accounts. They might have posted a notice about maintenance.

Wait, if the reset email isn't arriving, maybe the email address associated with your account is outdated or misspelled on their end. You might need to contact support and ask them to verify your primary email address first.

I tried calling them, but the line was busy for over twenty minutes. It seems like they are under a massive load right now. Maybe waiting until tomorrow morning will help.

The mobile app is a good idea. I found the web portal was having issues, but the app allowed me to access my dashboard without any fuss. It was a simple workaround.

Seriously, clear your cache. It's the simplest fix and it worked for me when I thought the problem was my password.

If none of the above work, you might need to submit a formal support ticket through a different channel, perhaps a help desk form rather than the direct login page. This forces a manual review of your account status.

Don't forget to check for caps lock! It sounds silly, but I've been there. Sometimes a simple typo is all it takes to throw off the whole login process.

To follow up on the support line issue - I called them yesterday and they confirmed that there was a temporary glitch in their authentication server. They told me to wait 24 hours. It's frustrating, but at least I know it's not just me.
