Hi everyone, I'm trying to get back into Sisal Bingo tonight, but I keep running into an error message when I enter my credentials. I've checked my email multiple times and I'm positive I'm using the correct username and password. Has anyone else experienced login issues recently? I tried the 'forgot password' link, but it seems like the system is giving me a generic error instead of a reset link. Any advice on whether this is a known server issue or if I'm missing a step? Responding to the advice about calling support: Yes, definitely call them. I called them yesterday, and they confirmed it was a backend database sync error on their end. They manually reset my credentials and I was back in minutes. It was definitely not on my end.
