I've been trying to log in to the Grosvenor site for the last hour, but I keep getting an error message that says my credentials are incorrect. I've double-checked my username and password multiple times, and I'm positive I haven't changed them. I tried using the 'forgot password' link, but it hasn't sent the reset email to my registered address. Has anyone else experienced this specific login glitch recently? I'm worried if it's a site-wide issue or if I'm doing something wrong on my end. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I had this exact issue last month. The problem turned out to be my browser automatically saving an outdated password. I ended up having to use an entirely different browser (like Edge if you usually use Chrome) and clear the autofill settings. It took forever, but that's what finally got me back in. It's usually a local machine issue, not the site itself.

If calling support fails, try emailing their general support line and attaching a screenshot of the error message you are receiving. Include your registered username and the date you started having trouble. This level of detail helps them escalate it faster than just saying 'I can't log in.'
