I've been trying to log in to the Grosvenor site for the last hour, but I keep getting an error message that says my credentials are incorrect. I've double-checked my username and password multiple times, and I'm positive I haven't changed them. I tried using the 'forgot password' link, but it hasn't sent the reset email to my registered address. Has anyone else experienced this specific login glitch recently? I'm worried if it's a site-wide issue or if I'm doing something wrong on my end. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes old data interferes with the login process, even if the credentials are correct.

It might not be a site-wide glitch, but a simple typo in your username. Try typing it out manually instead of pasting it. Also, check your spam folder for that reset email, sometimes they get filtered there.

I had this exact issue last month. The problem turned out to be my browser automatically saving an outdated password. I ended up having to use an entirely different browser (like Edge if you usually use Chrome) and clear the autofill settings. It took forever, but that's what finally got me back in. It's usually a local machine issue, not the site itself.

Try the mobile app instead of the website. Sometimes the web portal has temporary bugs that the dedicated app hasn't inherited yet.

If the automated reset isn't working, you absolutely need to contact Grosvenor support directly. Don't rely solely on the website forms. Use their live chat or call their dedicated support line. They can manually verify your identity and reset it for you.

Before assuming a glitch, consider if your account might have been temporarily suspended for a policy violation or inactivity. Sometimes the error message is generic and doesn't specify the real reason. You must call them to confirm the account status.

Oh my gosh, I did that and it worked for me! I was using Chrome and it kept failing. Switching to Firefox and doing a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) solved it instantly. Thanks for the tip!

If the password reset email isn't coming through, double-check if you have an alternate email address registered on the account. Sometimes the system defaults to an old or incorrect backup email.

Just use the app. Seriously. It's faster and bypasses most of the web login headaches.

If calling support fails, try emailing their general support line and attaching a screenshot of the error message you are receiving. Include your registered username and the date you started having trouble. This level of detail helps them escalate it faster than just saying 'I can't log in.' It forces them to look into system logs, which is necessary if it's a true glitch.

I doubt it's a suspension issue. If it were, they would usually send an email notification explaining the policy breach. It's much more likely a technical glitch on their end, or a simple cookie conflict on yours. You should try the Incognito mode first.

I had trouble with the reset email too. I waited a full 24 hours after the initial attempt, and then tried again. Sometimes the system just needs a full day cycle to process the request. Good luck!
